Cordyceps sinesis belongs to a family of fungus which attacks caterpillars in winter.  It eats away at the hibernating caterpillar and eventually all that’s left is a plant.</p>

<p>Here are the basic steps for making chocolate cake. <span id="more-661"></span><strong>The Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>The basic ingredient for chocolates include coffee powder, chopped butter, dark chocolate, water, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, lightly whisked egg, cocoa powder, and cachous for decoration. Proportions vary according to the level and degree of sweetness you prefer for you chocolate cake. The amount also varies based on the required number of servings you need.</p>
<p><strong>The Steps</strong></p>
<p>As with any cake, preheating to about 160 degrees Celsius. The base must also be created and greased to about 20 centimeters for standard size. After settling this, you can now add the coffee, butter, chocolate, sugar and water in a pan. Place it only on low heat. Stir this for the next few minutes until it melts and balances. Once this is established, set it aside for a few minutes and let it cool down.</p>
<p>Pour this mixture in a bowl. Sift the combines flour and cocoa powder. Add any dry fruits you wish to add like almond, pistachio or wall nuts. After mixing your desired ingredient, fold the flour and include eggs in it. Stir it for some time and transfer it into the pan.</p>
<p>When you are done with this, allow the cake to be baked for around one hour. Keep monitoring your cake and check on it with the help of skewer. When you think its been baked, take it out for icing. It must be made of chocolate mixed with fresh cream made smooth. Put this icing how and where you want. You may place it in the middle part of the cake or its surroundings. But a balance should be made so the icing is even from everywhere. The icing should not be too much that the overall taste of the chocolate cake gets messed up and it should not be too less either.</p>

<p>Now that you have everything, you can start.  Look over the recipe careful and start following the recipe.  Most likely, you&#8217;ll need to start by greasing a pan and preheating the oven.  Put parchment paper or foil in the pan to make it extra easy for everything to come out of the pan.</p>

<p>McCain got into a scrum with Ann Coulter, basically telling her where she could put her message (where the moon don&#8217;t shine). Coulter parried back, and then Laura Ingraham, a talk radio host, joined  in the battle, on the side of Coulter. Insults were hurled, and McCain said Ingraham called her &#8220;plus sized&#8221; (a euphemism, if ever I heard  one).</p>
<p>I have heard Laura Ingraham previously and I think her insult towards McCain was meant to kill two birds with one stone. It seemed to me that she wanted to show solidarity with Coulter&#8217;s politics and she wanted to score points by calling out McCain for being fat. Despite all the negativity, I enjoyed Ingraham and Coulter more than I did McCain &#8212; they just looked to be at the top of their game: funny and smart, rather than (I hate to say it) boring.</p>
<p>If we are judging in terms of the size of the ladies on &#8220;The View&#8221; McCain is quite similar to Joy Behar, Sherrie no-one-can-remember-her-last-name, and Whoppi Goldberg. I&#8217;m not saying that as praise. Jay Leno had called Joy Behar &#8220;fat&#8221; on his show a little while back, along with a few other negative comments. McCain, on &#8220;The View&#8221; was not shy about telling everyone within hearing range that they could kiss her fat a#@ &#8212; as Tyra Banks did when some unflattering shots of her appeared in the media.</p>
<p>Looking back at her father&#8217;s campaign last fall, I have to say that I don&#8217;t remember Meghan McCain at all. But it now seems that she believes that the successful future of the Republican Party is her responsibility. Take a look at her blog and you&#8217;ll see what I mean. And after viewing the clip from &#8220;The View&#8221; we can safely say that she is like her father in at least one way: her temper.</p>
<p>If she wants to run for her father&#8217;s seat in Arizona anytime soon, I suggest that she look into taking some fish oil on a daily basis.</p>
<p>The reason that I mention fish oil is that a number of behavioral studies have been done, in which fish oil seemed to have a very positive effect on the mind, and some studies have reported that fish oil reduces the incidence of anger and violent behavior.</p>
<p>There have been a few studies in Britain that showed that young adults who were prone to &#8220;hooliganism&#8221; and were given fish oil showed a marked improvement in the reduction of their destructive behavior.</p>
<p>Tying this in with Ms. McCain, I do believe that she might have refrained from being so quick on the trigger if she had been on a regimen of Dr. Bill&#8217;s Powerhouse Omega Formula. It&#8217;s quite possible that the omega-3 fatty acids contained in Dr. Bill&#8217;s Formula might have helped her hold her temper. One of the benefits of taking pharmaceutical-grade fish oil is having a clearer mind and the heightened ability to focus one&#8217;s thoughts. It&#8217;s one of the reasons I take it myself.</p>
<p>One thing I must add: I don&#8217;t believe it is a good idea to call oneself &#8220;young, fat, and proud of it&#8221;, whether you are Meghan McCain or Tyra Banks. I would be willing to bet good money that after proclaiming on national television that their critics could kiss their fat a%$ they went on a diet. And I think that&#8217;s part of the problem.</p>
<p>I think that if they would follow my core suggestions: healthy food, a good amount of exercise, enough sleep, and pharmaceutical-grade fish oil on a daily basis, their lives would be easier. And their behinds would cease to be a topic of conversation.</p>
