		<description>I also often experience back pains when using my laptop for long periods of time. I find it helpful to take a break every couple of hours and go watch some tv or go for a jog. Jobs which require you to sit stationary for long periods of time can cause harm to your back. Productivity would increase if people would take a short 10-15 minute break every 2 hours.</description>
