Founded in 1964, the Singapore Cancer Society is a self-funding voluntary welfare organisation with a mission to prevent and control cancer through education, research and patient care services. They provide financial aid to needy cancer patients, rehabilitation care for patients receiving treatment, cancer support groups and hospice home care services for terminally ill cancer patients.
