Weekly Activity – Exercise Your Way To Health

Golden Years is a community project that aims to encourage healthy, active aging in Singapore. They aim to help Singaporeans achieve their goals in living healthier, fuller life through creating lifestyle changes and bringing awareness.

They are starting weekly stretching exercise sessions and monthly health talks from January 2009.
