If you’re a smoker, you probably haven’t been enjoying your food as much as you would like. That’s because your taste buds have been seriously affected by the nicotine and other harmful substances found in cigarette smoke.
When you stop smoking, you’ll find that your taste buds will start functioning well again and you’ll enjoy your food better. Enjoying your food will help reduce the urge to smoke, you’ll have something to chew and hold in your mouth and you can satisfy yourself with cravings which are healthier and more nutritious.
You should always have three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do not skip meals as you’ll become hungry and have the urge to smoke. If you get hungry, have healthy, low-calorie snacks between meals.
